Dear Angela, Diana and I are also very sorry that Martin should pass away so quickly and that we cannot be with you tomorrow. I have treasured a special friendship with you since 1963. Diana and and I were delighted when you and Martin found each other and built your beautiful home and family together. We have enjoyed your friendship and hospitality and are pained by your loss and join you now in missing your good man.
