Dear Angela, Claire, Eleanor and Nick, I am so sorry that I am unable to be with you tomorrow. I shall be thinking of you. I have nothing but happy memories of Martin- a warm-hearted , smiling , generous man. I particularly remember so fondly the holiday Pat and I shared together with you and Tony and Caroline in Provence. I send my sincere condolences and love to you all at this most difficult of times.
